  • "I first contacted HOTA concerning one model of Honda but later was trying to decide between two models when I arrived at the dealership. I spent a lot of time trying to decide but Eric was very patient with me and didn't apply any pressure. The process of purchasing was quick and I like the way there are very few add-on fees, which they are up front about, and no doc/admin fee whatsoever, which can be too high in my opinion at other dealers. The whole process, including financing, was very transparent and Jeff was a pleasure to work with in that regard. The whole staff was very friendly and knowledgeable when questions arose. Eric also offered me a test ride on another bike in their used bike inventory, even though I wasn't interested in purchasing it but was only inquiring about it. This is a great place to purchase your next bike."

  • "I have tried for two days to write a review regarding one of your employees, I would very much like commend Angela Hollingsworth, of the parts department on the way she goes out of her war to insure the customer is taken care of, weather asked to locate a on hand part or accessory or in ordering a item, it makes no difference if I call a request or actually come into the shop to order something, she is extremely helpful, if she can't locate exactly what I am looking for she does not hesitate to ask for advice from one of her co-workers, its not just myself that she is so helpful, I have watched her treating all her customers with the same respect, professionalism, if there was I could actually rate her by the stars method I would with a doubt give 5 stars, I think she is valuable asset to the parts department, & Honda of the Ozarks dealership, I am a very satisfied customer"

  • "Bought a Pioneer 500 at Honda of the Ozarks. Started by calling the dealership and visiting with Eric in sales. I asked for an Out the Door Price on a unit and told him I didn't like surprises. He gave me the price and when I was able to make it to see the unit the price was exactly as quoted. I made the purchase from Eric and was a stressless experience. 5 Stars for Eric. I was then introduced to Perry DuBois, the parts and accessories manager, he went over the accessories I was interested in with me and gave me options. No pressure from Perry just good and helpful information. Also found out he's into bar-b-cue and when I came to take delivery of my Pioneer he provided me with a sample, (Don't get no better than this). I'll be back for more accessories and Perry's the man I'll deal with. Can I give Perry more than 5 Stars? He's deserving of at least 8 or 10. Everyone at the Dealership was extremely friendly and helpful. I bought a Honda ATV several years ago at a different Dealership and didn't get this kind of service. 5 Stars for Honda of the Ozarks."

  • "Had carburetor issues and could not keep an idle and rapid acceleration problems. Took bike into shop for diagnostics and repair. Found and fixed my issues in one service day and put me back on the road. Great people and great service. Runs better now than when I rode it off the show room floor new in 2007."

  • "I had a flat tire on I-44 and had to be towed in to the dealership. I was told that they could get me right in and had the tire. When I got there, I was met by Tara Stewart. She bent over backwards to facilitate the repair, and even offered us her car to use to drive to Cracker Barrel if we didn't want to wait there. (We decided just to wait.) The service department got right on it. I also needed a replacement coolant overflow tank because when I put the bike on the tow trailer it got snagged. Honda did not have one in stock, but Perry Dubois called around, and found an aftermarket product, and immediately went out to get it. What could have been a 4 or 5 hour wait was completed in a little over two hours. Very pleased. You guys are a little pricey compared to Heartland Honda where I do most of my work, But I was grateful for your incredible responsiveness--especially Tara and Perry."

    I acquired a bike at an auction and brought it in without an appointment. From experience at other dealerships, I fully expected to leave the bike for a week to accomplish the minimum service work I needed.

    Tara Stewart greeted me at the door and immediately went into concierge mode. Tara collaborated with Perry for parts and Aldridge for service. Tara continually monitored progress and kept me up-to-date. She was able to coordinate with her team to accomplish everything I could ask and have me back on the road quickly.

    The skills and knowledge of the service technicians is second to none. I was amazed at how fast and effectively they diagnosed and completed complex work (saving me money).

    Tara’s pleasant demeanor and professionalism are beyond approach. She won me over with her customer support and task order coordination. Thank you, Tara; Honda of the Ozarks will now be getting all of my motorsports business!"

  • "5⛤ for Honda of the Ozarks and 10⛤ for Perry DuBois, the parts and accessories manager! The entire staff was friendly and helpful, but if you need help with ANYTHING Perry's your guy. He went above and beyond to fit each one of us for the perfect helmet, all while treating our little girls like princesses. He stayed more than a half hour past closing time just to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. I don't think anyone else could make me feel more confident in the riding safety of my 6 and 8 year olds. Even though we were only in to buy accessories, he treated us as if we were buying up the entire lot. He said his goal was to make our shopping trip an experience, and that he did! We will definitely be back! Thank you Honda of the Ozarks"

  • "I found my new bike on Cycle Trader online at Honda Of the Ozarks. I called and texted Eric G. And he was terrific to deal with. I bought the bike and hauled it 9 hours back home. Perry in Parts was also excellent and I appreciate the discounts on accessories during the purchase and the loading dock for bikes was wonderful and easy. Also the finance manager, she was very nice. Overall I felt like they really had their place well put together."
