  • "I had a flat tire on I-44 and had to be towed in to the dealership. I was told that they could get me right in and had the tire. When I got there, I was met by Tara Stewart. She bent over backwards to facilitate the repair, and even offered us her car to use to drive to Cracker Barrel if we didn't want to wait there. (We decided just to wait.) The service department got right on it. I also needed a replacement coolant overflow tank because when I put the bike on the tow trailer it got snagged. Honda did not have one in stock, but Perry Dubois called around, and found an aftermarket product, and immediately went out to get it. What could have been a 4 or 5 hour wait was completed in a little over two hours. Very pleased. You guys are a little pricey compared to Heartland Honda where I do most of my work, But I was grateful for your incredible responsiveness--especially Tara and Perry."

    I acquired a bike at an auction and brought it in without an appointment. From experience at other dealerships, I fully expected to leave the bike for a week to accomplish the minimum service work I needed.

    Tara Stewart greeted me at the door and immediately went into concierge mode. Tara collaborated with Perry for parts and Aldridge for service. Tara continually monitored progress and kept me up-to-date. She was able to coordinate with her team to accomplish everything I could ask and have me back on the road quickly.

    The skills and knowledge of the service technicians is second to none. I was amazed at how fast and effectively they diagnosed and completed complex work (saving me money).

  • "5⛤ for Honda of the Ozarks and 10⛤ for Perry DuBois, the parts and accessories manager! The entire staff was friendly and helpful, but if you need help with ANYTHING Perry's your guy. He went above and beyond to fit each one of us for the perfect helmet, all while treating our little girls like princesses. He stayed more than a half hour past closing time just to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. I don't think anyone else could make me feel more confident in the riding safety of my 6 and 8 year olds. Even though we were only in to buy accessories, he treated us as if we were buying up the entire lot. He said his goal was to make our shopping trip an experience, and that he did! Perry in Parts was also excellent and I appreciate the discounts on accessories during the purchase and the loading dock for bikes was wonderful and easy. Also the finance manager, she was very nice. Overall I felt like they really had their place well put together."

She helped me file the gap insurance after my bike was totaled a week after I bought my new Stateline. She did not have to do this, but she cares about people. Thank you Misty! Now on to Tom. You will leave the dealership with a full understanding of the lending side of the sale. He jokes he is OCD, but he is. He leaves no rock unturned. Can't wait to work with them in the future. They not only worked me in to a packed schedule to replace the tire, they had a suitable replacement in stock, and didn't gouge me for the much needed service. The service team here is a top/knot have operation. I highly recommend. It's a little too far for an oil change from Pittsburgh, PA, or I'd see yinz all soon."
